Modify Family/Group applications option,  moving deposit requirement too after applicant is approved for trip.

Currently, if you turn-on family/group registration feature it requires deposit prior to being accepted on trip. This creates an issue when we need to review & approve applicants. If people are making a deposit there is an automatic assumption they are accepted to the trip. There is fee charged for credit card so if they aren't a good match for the team a difficult conversation and refund has to be issued.
It is a great benefit to allow spouses\families to register together and pay together but the feature is just out of order for a clean process.
