Here’s something that we frequently come across: a number of people submit applications to us without having fully answered all of the questions.  Before we accept them as team members, we want to see their responses to all of the questions we’ve asked on the application.

Having a “resend the application” feature is really helpful, but it would also be great to add a feature where we could include a specific comment to the applicant them at the same time that we resend them the application.  For instance, “Thanks for submitting the application, but we noticed that you didn’t fill out question #4. We’re resending the application to you – could you please make sure to fill it out completely?”
