We love that there is a difference between profile notes and confidential notes. For us, only our Global Trips Staff can see the confidential notes which is an ability we can give them access to through the 'manage admin' tab. I would like for our team leaders to see the profile notes. 

However, currently the only way for team leaders to see the profile notes is if we go in and make every single one of them an admin first... for us that would be 60+ people every year. 

I would love for the team leaders to be able to see the profile notes of participants when they are going to approve/deny an applicant. Otherwise, it is completely on our staff to go into each applicant to see if there are notes on a person prior to the team leader approving them. 

So, my request is that one of the automatic rights of a team leader is to see profile notes.
