Restrict Reference Info

Team leaders for our church are usually peers of those who are on the teams with them. When asking questions from references, we ask some pretty personal lifestyle issue questions. Much of the info we ask does not need to be shared with team leaders, we would like to be able to set permissions so that team leaders cannot see reference information unless we give them access to it.

  I agree, it would be excellent to be able to set permissions so that Team Leaders can not see references and/or applications (for applications that have very sensitive information). We also most often have team leaders who are peers and have to not use the "Team Leader" function because we do not want them to see references and applications of their fellow-team mates.

  I agree as well.  I would like the option of whether to share some of the information.
