Managing Track Steps [for CCB users] Follow
Creating and managing track steps for CCB users allow you to select an optional process queue to place individuals in as they progress through the track.
In order to select an optional process queue to place individuals, click on the 'Edit' link for any track step that has been created.

While in the form for the track step, make sure the checkbox for 'Add Person To Process Queue While On This Step?' is checked and then fill out the Process / Process Queue / Process Manager / Process Status that you want the person on the track to have.

If a track step has elected to have an individual in a process queue, all text / email / calls / notes made for the individual while on this step will be pushed to CCB as notes tied to that Process Queue keeping engagement integrity in the ChMS.
As the individual progresses through the track, previous track steps process queues will be closed in CCB unless the current step is the same process queue as the previous. When an individual is removed or completed, the process queue will be closed as well.
Why Aren't Notes Going to CCB?
Because of the way Growth Method integrates with CCB, it is possible that Growth Method doesn't have the rights to create notes in CCB.
To verify that everything is set up correctly, while logged into Growth Method, click on your name in the upper right, and click 'Organization Settings'.
You will want to verify the 'Church Community Builder Integration Status' and make sure that all 'scopes' are green. If they are not, you can elect to redo the integration by clicking the 'Redo Integration' button. After going through CCB setup again, all scopes should be updated.
