Can I set capacity by gender and/or age for my Events? Follow
Yes, as an Administrator you can set capacity by age and/or gender for each member type.
In order to set capacities, the event must first have an event headcount.
When someone registers for a trip that has capacity set by gender and/or age for their member types, they must meet the restrictions of the capacity to be able to select the member type to register.
Once a member type capacity is met, the member type will not be available to register.
Setting Member Type Capacities
From your Events Detail page, scroll down to Member Types, select 'Edit'.
Capacities are associated to member types. You can setup capacities for one or multiple member types within the same event.
Capacities can be set by Max Headcount, Gender, Age or Gender/Age combined.
**NOTE: You must have a Headcount set for the Event in order to limit member types by capacity.
