Focus Growth: Forgot My Password Follow
If at any time you forget your password when attempting to log in to Focus Growth, you can reset your password by following the steps below.
Note: Administrators can resend an invitation to the new user by accessing the Users tab referenced in the Adding New Users section above.
Forgot password?
Select the Forgot password? Link.
The screen to reset your password will now display.
Reset password
Enter the email address in the Email Address field.
Select the Reset Password button. A new screen displays instructions for checking your email to reset your new password.
Sent password
Close the browser to exit out of the screen.
Select the URL within the email you received. A new screen displays prompting you to create a new password.
Create new password
1. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
2. Enter your password again in the Confirm Password field.
3. Select the Reset button, and you are logged in.
