We added the ability to incorporate flight data into your Missions platform by integrating with High Point. High Point has ministry-minded industry experts to help you book discounted travel for your trips.
To integrate with High Point
1. Select Admin>Settings>Software Integration>Travel Agency
Select Turn on High Point Integration
Once you have enabled Hight Point, you will see the integration has been enabled.
Integrating your High Point Trip Details with your Missions Trips
Within your trip, navigate to the new Flight Details option from the vertical menu.
For the trip, you can either Request a New Quote from High Point or if you already have a quote or itinerary, you can enter the High Point Trip ID.
Request a Quote
If you do not have a quote, select Request a Quote.
The Request a Quote page will display. You can request multiple quotes for your trip.
Complete the general information and quote details:
- Enter your First and Last name
- Enter your Contact Email address and Contact Phone number
- Enter your Organization name
- Enter the Address of your organization
- Enter the Departure and Destination cities
- Enter the Departure and Return dates
- Enter the Passenger Count
- If you have the following optional information to enter
- Additional Stops & Airport Flexibility
- Time Restrictions
- Layover/Connection Preferences
- Any Additional Notes/Requests
- Select if overnight flights are acceptable
- Select if the trip is primarily for students
If you are requesting multiple quotes, select the +Add Another Quote to the Trip and enter the details.
Select Send Request when you have entered your quote request(s).
Add an Existing High Point Quote or Itinerary
If you have an existing High Point Quote(s) or itinerary for your trip, enter the High Point Trip ID and your High Point Organization ID.
Select Add High Point Trip
The High Point Quotes and/or contacts will display
Once you have your quotes or contracts from High Point associated with your trip, you can assign participants to the appropriate quote. You can change the assignments or assign a participant to multiple quotes as long as you have not submitted the final list to High Point.
Select the Quote you want to assign participants to and then select Assign Travelers.
The travelers will display in alphabetical order by the first name.
Select the participants that you want to assign by click on them. A checkbox will display for those you have selected. If the participant is missing (ie. citizenship) you will not be able to select them until the missing information is added.
Once you have selected all of the participants for the quote, select Save Changes.
You can modify the selected participants up until you submit the final list.
Submitting Final Traveler List
Once you have all of your participants assigned to an itinerary and will not be making any changes, you can submit the list to High Point.
Select Submit Final Travelers List.
On the confirmation - 'Are you sure you are ready to submit the final travelers' list'? Select Yes, Submit, and Lock-in.
It will display that your final list of travelers has been submitted to High Point and you will not be able to make any changes.
Downloading a Travelers List
For pending quotes or for trips where you will have less than 10 participants, you may need to download a travelers list to email to High Point.
Once you have submitted a quote request, you will see the option to Generate Travelers List.
The Generate a Temporary List of Travelers will display.
Select the participants that you want to include in the temporary list.
When you have everyone selected, select Download.
A CSV file will be created which you can download and email to High Point.
Participan View of Flight Details
Once a participant has been assigned to a quote or contract, they will be able to select the Flight Details menu from within the trip and see the flight information.
