How do I adjust my trip's headcount settings? Follow
The max headcount is the concept of determining how many individuals can be on the trip at one time. Depending on the rules that are provided, headcount will be counted at different parts within the process.
If the max headcount is more than 0, a selection will appear that will allow the choice of how the max headcount should be count.

There are three ways that headcount can be determined.
With these options, you can now choose if you want other applicants to continue to register after the headcount is met.
If this is not checked then individuals will be restricted from continuing the registration process if max headcount is fulfilled.
Option 1: When the applicant submits the application, count against max headcount
This option is for when you want the headcount to be counted the moment they click "submit application" from the registration process. Even if they have not finished their prerequisite or paid the deposit, the act of submitting the application will trigger a headcount.
Option 2: When the applicant is approved for the trip, count against max headcount.
This option is for when the moment they are approved to be on the trip, the headcount is counted.
If you have auto-approval turned on then the headcount will be counted the moment they submit the application. With this option turned on, applicants will be unable to pay the deposit before being approved.
Option 3: When the applicant pays the deposit for the trip, count against max headcount.
This option is for when you want headcount to be counted the moment a deposit for the individual is made. Even if the participant is not approved, the act of paying the deposit will trigger a count in headcount.
