Group signups can be limited to a minimum or maximum group size. If the minimum is greater than 1, participants will be required to register in groups.
Within the Application section of a trip, you can set the minimum or the maximum number of people that have to be registered together to complete the registration process.
The trip must be set up to allow for group signup.
Within the application section
- Enter the minimum and/or maximum
- Select Save Changes.
Registering for a trip that has a minimum or maximum
When applicants register for a trip that has a minimum or maximum group signup amount, a warning message will display advising the applicant the required number of participants to register. And will not be able to continue until the group number is met.
Once the group signup requirements are met, the participant will be able to continue with the registration process.
