You can create a Contact Person for your trips.

When creating or editing a trip you will be able to enter the contact name, phone and email for the trip along with the option to make it public or private. 

If you make the contact person public, the name and contact information will display on the trip public page.

The contact name, phone and email fields are found on the trip details page.

1. Enter the Contact Name
2. Enter the Contact Phone
3. Enter the Contact email
4. If you want the contact name to display on the Trip public page, select the option 'Show contact person information on public pages?

If you have selected the option to display on the public page, the contact information will display on the right hands side.
