How do I approve the Focus Missions integration inside Community Church Builder (CCB)? Follow
Activating your Focus Missions Administrative Account

- Log in to your Community Church Builder account to configure your API services.

- Select the gear in the top right corner.
- From the dropdown menu choose API.

- Begin filling out these areas.
- We suggest "focusministry" to be used as the username.
- Make sure you write the username/password down so you can share it with Missions later
- Fill in the Primary Organization Contact Information
- Do NOT click save yet
- Now toggle to the Services view which is the tab next to User

- Put a check in the box by any applicable API Service that you need to give Missions access to, DO NOT click the "Select All" button here at the top
- Select only the following options:
- add_individual_to_event
- add_individual_to_group
- add_individual_to_queue
- campus_list
- create_event
- create_event_attendance
- create_individual
- custom_field_labels
- event_profile
- event_profiles
- family_detail
- family_list
- group_profile_from_id
- group_profiles
- individual_notes
- individual_profile
- individual_profile_from_id
- individual_queues
- individual_search
- membership_type_detail
- membership_type_list
- mobile_carrier_list
- online_giving_insert_gift
- process_list
- process_managers
- public_calendar_listing
- queue_individuals
- queue_list
- remove_individual_from_group
- transaction_detail_type_list
- update_individual
Then click Save when done.
- After clicking save, CCB will give you your new credentials to plug into Missions.
- Now log in to your Missions Account.

- From the left hand menu select Community Church Builder.
- Enter your CCB sub domain (this is the first part of your CCB Portal URL), API username, and API password that were created in CCB.
- Click Verify when done.
