Download Packets are an easy way to download profile information, application answers, emergency contacts, and completed requirements (signed documents, uploads, and question forms) for all team members within a trip.
First, you will need to create your Packet Type(s) so they are available in your trips.
To access Packet Types select Trips>Trip Components>Packet Types. To create a new Packet Type, select Create New Type.
Enter the Packet Name and Brief Description for the Packet Type. Select the type of information that you want to include in the packet - Basic Information & Profile Questions, Emergency Contacts, Application, and Requirements.
Once you have created your Packet Type(s), the packet types will be available for each trip to be downloaded with the information for the team members.
To download the information for team members on a trip, Select Team Members > Download Packets.
Select the Download Icon of the Packet.
When you select the packet, you will see Download is Processing. Once it has completed you will able to view the PDF file ( and print it if you like).
