Application Prerequisites will be a part of the application process when someone is signing up for a trip. Applicants will not be able to submit their application until all prerequisite requirements are met.
Add Prerequisites to a trip
Trips that you require potential participants to complete requirements before being approved, once the trip has an application associated with it, you will be able to select requirements that you want to be completed as part of the application process.
Within the Trip Details, Application Prerequisites section, select Edit.
For 'Are there any requirements that must be completed before submitting an application?' select Yes.
Select Add Application Prerequisites to select the requirements that you want to be completed during the application process.
Check the Requirements you need and select Next to add them to the trip. The prerequisites will be required by all applicants to complete.
Applying for a trip with Prerequisites
When applying for a trip, the applicant will be prompted to complete the prerequisites.
The applicant completes the requirement as prompted OR if they are unable to complete, they can select to submit a reason why they cannot complete.
Once the applicant has completed the prerequisites or entered a reason why they cannot complete one, the applicant can complete the registration process.
As a leader or Admin when viewing an applicant, you will see the completed prerequisites, and for those not completed, the reason why not. You can accept them then with their reason, or wait until they have completed the prerequisites. If you accept the applicant as is, the prerequisite will become a past due requirement.
