You may customize the Focus Missions platform to better accommodate your church's processes.
For Fellowship One users, we've made integration easy.
Enabling the Fellowship One integration with Focus Missions will help ensure new members added through Focus Missions are created within Fellowship One with the status and substatus you determine, as well as tracking contributions made through Focus Missions.
Follow the steps below to activate your FellowshipOne integration:
Access Your Account Settings
Select Settings from the Admin tab dropdown menu.
The Settings screen will display.
When you signed up with Focus Missions, you would have entered which ChMS you use but for some reason if you did not select Fellowship One.
You will need to fill out a Support Ticket to request that your tenant be switched over.
- Enter your Fellowship One Church Code in the field provided.
- Click the Turn On Integration button.
You'll be prompted to authenticate your Fellowship One account by signing in with your Fellowship One Username and Password.
Choosing Status and Substatus
Once your Fellowship One account has successfully been added, you may select the status and substatus for new team members and for your contributors to be synched to Fellowship One.
- Choose a status and substatus from the dropdown list for team members created within Focus Missions.
- Choose a status and substatus from the dropdown list for contributors that are created within Focus Missions.
We recommend that you also setup a New from Focus Missions Status.
