How do I remove allocated funds from a team member? Follow
If it is necessary to remove allocated funds from a team member's account (or move funds back to the trip's unallocated bucket), a trip admin may do so from the trip's funding page.
Follow the steps below to remove funds from a team member.
If you have any questions or concerns about removing funds, please submit a support ticket through the Get Help link located in the menu at the top right of your screen.
Locate Your Trip's Funding Page
From your trip dashboard, select Funding.
Then select the team member you want to remove funds from.
Find the Transaction You Wish to Remove
Select the transaction you want to remove, and a menu will appear beneath it. View any notes available for the transaction to help you decide which action you wish to take.
To remove these funds completely, click on Remove Donation.
Confirm the Deduction
From the Remove Funds window, confirm or cancel the deduction.
If you do not want to remove any funds select Cancel.
If you are sure you want to completely remove the funds, select Remove Allocation.
The amount will be reduced to $0.00
The Audit Log displays the history of the transaction, which now includes the removal of the donation.
Transferring the Allocation Back to the Trip's Unallocated Funds
To move an allocation made to a participant's individual funding account back to the trip's unallocated funds, select the donation and choose Transfer Funds.
Choose the option to transfer funds to Another Trip.
You may choose to transfer to the same trip, or a different trip's unallocated funds if you wish.
Select the current trip (or any other trip) and the desired amount to move the donation to the trip's unallocated funds bucket.
