Precheck is the concept where a family can select the rosters to check into on their mobile device before arriving at church or going throug the process in the car before they get all the kids out of the car. The user will be presented with the same options that are available through self checkin.
1. When the person logs in for the first time, they will be asked to select a campus. This is important for multi campus churches so they see only the activities / rosters that are going on at the church for the campus they are interested in. Once the campus is saved, it can be changed but it will not be asked for again.
For each member in the family, the available rosters will be presented.
1. The family member can select rosters to check into from their mobile device for each family member.
2. Depending on the day and the rules that are set up, it is possible that certain members of the family do not have any available rosters to check into. Those individuals will be notated here.
3. Once selections have been made, the user will touch the "Pre Checki-in" button.
Once the selections are made the the checkin button is pressed, a 2d barcode will be displayed along with a confirmation that the selections have been saved. The family member only needs to scan this 2d barcode at any self checkin station and name tags will be immediately printed. The user does not need to keep this screen activate on their phone while they get the kids out of the car and into church. The user can simply relaunch the Checkin application and this 2d barcode will present itself.
