The tabs across the top of the screen will allow the teacher to see where children and volunteers are for the day. Each tab has different meaning and individuals will show up in different tabs as they progress through checkin.
Clicking on the assigned tab will show the kids that have an assignment for the specific class. This is to show a list of children that should be coming to the class at some point today but have not yet arrived at church. This is good to gauge the number of kids that will potentially be in class.
Clicking on the volunteers tab shows volunteers that are assigned, en route and currently checked into the room. When a volunteer checks in at the front, the volunteer will want to go to this tab to checkin in to confirm that they made it to the classroom. When the teacher is done for the day, they will want to use this tab for checking out as well.
Clicking on the checked out tab will show a list of participants that were in the classroom today but have been checked out.
Clicking on the En Route tab will show the participants that have checked in from either self or assisted checkin and they are on their way to the class. The green badge indicates that there are currently participants that are en route to the classroom.
