Occasionally, an individual you have manually invited to a trip may forget to complete the process and verify their account from the link in the email they received before it expires. If this happens, you may re-send the invitation email with an active link for them to access.
Locate the Appropriate Trip
From the My Trips list, select the trip your participant wishes to join.
Access the Team Members Screen
Select the Team Members option from the Trip's Dashboard screen, and click on the participant's name you wish to resend the invitation to. The participant's profile page will display.
Resend the Invitation
From the participant's profile, you may resend the invitation by clicking the Resend Invite Email link.
If it is necessary to update the participant's email address prior to resending the invitation, you may do so by clicking the Edit link above the profile image. Make the desired changes, save, and then resend the invitation.
