This article outlines the steps for requesting a new password.
Access the Log in Screen
From the login screen, select the Forgot Password link. The Forgot my password screen will display.
Forgot my Password Screen
Enter your email address in the Email Address field.
Click the Reset Password button.
The Forgot my password screen will display with instructions to check your email for a link to reset your password.
Forgot Password Email
You should have received an email containing a link to reset your password.
Click the link to create a new password.
Create a New Password
Enter your new password in the New Password field.
Enter your new password again in the Confirm Password field.
Click the Reset my password button.
The Welcome screen displays.
