Can I create discounts or coupon codes for my Events? Follow
Yes, as an Administrator you can associate discounts and/or coupons to each member type. The discounts and coupons can be dollar-off or percent-off, and a specified date range.
When someone registers for a trip that has a discount applicable to their registration date, it will automatically be applied and they will be able to enter and apply a coupon code as well.
Creating a Discount(s)
From your Events Detail page, Select Manage Discounts.
Discounts are associated to member types. You can setup a discount code for one or multiple member types within the same event.
Discounts can be a percent or dollar amount off the price, optional active dates and be applied to one or more member types.
To create your discount:
- Enter the Name of the discount
- Select Percentage or Amount
- Enter the Discount Amount
- If there are active dates, select Yes and enter the applicable dates
- Select the Team Member type(s) the discount is applicable for
- Save the Discount
Creating a Coupon Code(s)
From your Trips Detail page, Select Manage Coupon Code.
To create your Coupon Code:
- Enter the Name of the coupon
- Enter the Code of the coupon
- Select Percentage or Amount
- Enter the Discount Amount
- If there are active dates, select Yes and enter the applicable dates
- Select the Team Member type(s) the discount is applicable for
- Save the Coupon
You can create as many discounts and/or coupon codes you would like per member type per event.
Once created and saved, they will display on the Event Details page of your Event.
When someone registers for an event that has discounts and/or coupons they will be able to use them.
