Growth Method will create open contact items in Fellowship One and keep a history of the automatic communications along with the phone and in person meeting tasks as they happen. When the person has completed the track, the Fellowship One contact item will be closed.
When editing the steps of a track, the admin can elect to have Growth keep up with an open contact item inside Fellowship One for every individual that is added to the track. When editing the steps, click on "Edit" on the Contact Form Settings.
Choose the contact form and the contact item combination that needs to be created and open when a person is added to the track. This contact item will remain open and all actions will be considered part of the contact item history until the person is completed or removed from the track. At that point the contact item will be closed in Fellowship One.
