Email Domains Follow
Growth sends emails impersonating people who have span of care over individuals in tracks. These emails are mostly sent from a Growth Method domain with a reply to being the span of care person. There are always drawbacks to this as Growth is unable to send emails from domains that they are not authorized to send from. It is possible to set up your own custom domains that you want emails to come from making it more personal with the person that we are contacting.
The following section assumes that you have knowledge of DNS or have access to someone who can manage DNS for you.
In order to manage custom domains, select the "Email Domains" option under Integrations to get started.

The email domain listing screen will show you all the domains that currently exist that have been created by your organization and the status of the domain.
New Email Domain
Please note that Growth will deduct 150 credits a month for every validated domain.
Adding a new domain will allow Growth to send emails from the domain that is provided. Start the process by going to the Email Domains integration area and clicking "New Domain" from the top right.
A domain is created and the authentication process is started when a domain is provided and the button "Add Domain" is clicked.
Validate Domain
Once the domain is created in Growth, the next step would be to validate the domain. This will require getting into your DNS manager and plugging in some CNAME values. Growth will present the host and the values that need to be added in your DNS manager. Once those values have been added, click the "Verify" button. If everything is good, the entries will turn green, if there are any issues, they will be presented.
Once an email domain has been validated, any new email communication sent by tracks will be sent from the span of care owners email address assuming that email address is the same domain as the domain that has been created under integrations.
