Go Method offers the flexibility of creating date-based pricing for each Member type.
Each member type can have their own total event cost and/or deposit. For example, Volunteers or Leaders could have a 0.00 cost or you could put in a lesser cost for those who register early, and have the cost increase as the date of the event nears.
When creating an Event, two member types are automatically added - Leaders and Members.
You can select an existing member type, change the name and update the Member type options. One of the options is Team Member Type Pricing.
To create Team Member pricing, select 'Yes'.
Enter the date the price will take effect, the price, and the deposit.
Complete the process for each member type.
Registering for an Event with Member Pricing
When applicants register for an event that has date-based member pricing, they will see the different prices based on the member type they selected during the process. The deposit and/or cost(s) displayed will depend on the date they register as to what price is displayed.
The applicant would then select "Continue to Final Step' to complete the registration process.
