We added the ability to incorporate flight data into your missions platform by integrating with AFC.
For trips requiring air travel, admins will be able to request trip pricing quotes from AFC right from their mission trip setup.
Note: to add AFC functionality to your trip, you'll first need to set it up by contacting AFC directly.
Integrating your AFC Trip Details with your Missions Trip
Once your new trip has been created, navigate to the new Flight Details option from the vertical menu.
To use the AFC travel feature, select the Yes button.
If you have not yet contacted AFC regarding quotes and arrangements for this trip, you will need to call or email them directly at the phone number and email address provided in the prompt to get an AFC Travel ID from them.
If you have already contacted AFC regarding this trip and have received an AFC Travel Trip ID number, enter it in the field provided.
Accessing Your Trip's AFC Itinerary Details
Once your AFC Travel ID has been applied to the trip, you will be able to view the itinerary details for your team under the Flight Details tab.
Many trips may not have a single itinerary, depending on the number of travelers and their individual needs.
Each set of itineraries will be broken down into Quotes.
Within each Quote, you will be able to view the individual participants and specific itineraries of each.
Trip participants will be able to access and review their trip's flight itinerary details from their Missions portal.
