You now have the ability to add processed contacts to your F1 groups by customizing your conditional workflows!
This option is available to all Next Steps users within the Conditional Workflows tool, and does not incur any additional cost.
Access your Conditional Workflows
To add this functionality to your batch templates, you'll need to either edit existing or create new conditional workflows.
For a new conditional workflow, identify the contact type you're creating the workflow for, and choose the fields to reference as you would normally.
In the actions menu, you will notice the new option Add to Group.
You'll be prompted to choose the group to add the contact to if they meet your criteria.
Name and save your workflow.
You'll now see the Add to Group action display under the Results column in your Conditional Workflows list.
